The following general terms and conditions of sale shall govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Internet Store www.strefa2a.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) owned by the company known as Strefa2A Kararzyna Szenk, with its registered office situated at Al. Waszyngtona 26/40, PL-03-910 Warsaw, Poland. Strefa2A was registered in 1994, in the Business Activity Register maintained by the Mayor of the capital city of Warsaw under number 56143. Strefa2A is registered with the Central Statistics Office (GUS) under REGON number: 145966180, and with the Tax Office under Taxpayer's Identification Number NIP: PL 1132607923.

1. The sale of goods proceeds via the Internet in the form of distance purchase agreement between a person placing an order – hereinafter called as the Buyer, and the Internet Store strefa2a.pl, hereinafter called as the Seller. The purchase agreement is legally finalized at the time of confirmation of the order by the Buyer in the Internet Store strefa2a.pl.
2. By registering or placing the order in the Internet Store strefa2a.com you agree to be bound by and hereby become a party to all the terms contained in these Terms & Conditions.
3. Orders can be placed by an individual (natural person) or in the case of a legal person, by an authorized representative who is not less than 18 years of age and has full capacity to form legally binding contracts.
4. All products offered on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website are brand-new, and free from any physical and legal defects.

1. The subject of the transaction between the Buyer and the Seller are products listed on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website at the time of order placement.
2. All prices listed on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website are indicated in Polish zlotys and include all applicable taxes.
   The prices do not include the cost of delivery.
3. The binding price is the product price listed on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website at the time of order placement by the Buyer. 
4. The information regarding the total cost of the order is shown on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website, after the Buyer has made a final choice of the delivery and payment method, and also gift wrapping of product.
5. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, to add new products to the offer of the Internet Store strefa2a.com, to launch or terminate special offers, and to change the the terms of such special offers.
6. The quantity of products offered in the ”Special Offers” section shall be limited. Orders are carried out on the ”first come first served basis” until all the products designated as special offers are sold.
7. Sales receipt or VAT invoice, instruction manuals and warranty cards shall be attached to all the orders. VAT invoice shall be issued at the request of the Buyer. Sales receipts or VAT invoices shall be issued on the date of product dispatch for delivery.

1. All products can be viewed by category. The search engine helps to find the right product.
2. The Buyer places the order by selecting the product and putting it in the basket by clicking on the ”Basket” icon.
3. Order placement involves completing the form and sending it to the Internet Store. To place the order (the Basket) the Buyer has to:
   • choose at least one product,
   • give complete contact details:
     • the address, where the product is to be delivered,
     • the address, to be shown on the VAT invoice (these two addresses may be different),
     • VAT identification number, if the Buyer wishes to receive a VAT invoice,
     • the e-mail address,
     • the telephone number,
   • choose the delivery method,
   • choose the payment method,
   • choose the packing.
4. The Internet Store strefa2a.com reserves the right to refuse to carry out an order if the contact details form is not filled in properly, e.g. if it does not include all the required information, such as the telephone number or the e-mail address.
5. After placing the order the Buyer will receive an e-mail containing the particulars of ordered products, their prices, cost of delivery, chosen payment method and two links. The first link enables the Buyer to confirm the order, whilst the second link will direct the Buyer to the webpage, on which the Buyer can check all the order details and the order status.
6. The Seller will accept the order for dispatch as soon as the Buyer confirms its placement by clicking the special link in the e-mail received from the Internet Store strefa2a.com. Failure to confirm the order via the link within two working days shall result in the order’s cancellation.
7. Products subject to the order shall be dispatched immediately following receipt of order confirmation.
8. In the event that any ordered products are not in stock, the Buyer shall be notified of the order status and can decide as to how to the order should be handled (splitting the order into two deliveries, partial order cancellation, longer time of delivery or cancellation of the entire order).
9. The Buyer may modify the order until the sales receipt or VAT invoice is issued.

10. The Buyer may withdraw the order completely until it is dispatched for delivery.
11. The ”Basket” icon is placed in the top right corner of the screen. By clicking on this icon, the Buyer may check chosen products and their value.
12. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, for the whole year, also on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The Internet Store strefa2a.com will dispatch the order on the first working day after the order was placed. In addition, orders placed after 2 pm. will be dispatched on the following working day.
13. In special circumstances, the order may be placed via electronic mail or by phone.

1. Payment, for merchandise delivered in Poland, may be made by one of the following methods:
   • Bank transfer - Seller will dispatch your order, immediately after receiving the money in the account:

     Please indicate the Buyer's name and the order number, as indicated in the electronic message you have received from the Seller,
   • Personally, in cash, while collecting the order from the representative of the Polish Post or the Courier – the Seller will dispatch the order immediately after receiving its electronic confirmation (by clicking on the link in the message with information about the order),
   • Credit card, bank transfer mTransfer, MultiTransfer etc. – payment via service known as PayU.pl – the Seller will dispatch the order after receiving payment authorization from P³atno¶ci.pl (in about one hour after making of payment),
   • Personally, in special circumstances, in cash while collecting the order at the registered office of Strefa2A (Warszawa, ul. Walecznych 37/2), provided that the time of collection is agreed earlier.
2. Payment, for merchandise delivered abroad, must be made in advance by one of the following methods: bank transfer or credit card.

1. Products ordered in the Internet Store strefa2a.com are dispatched immediately, if the merchandise is in our warehouse. Information about the time required to dispatch the order is provided on the website in the description of each product (working days).
2. Products offered on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website are dispatched by the Polish Post or the courier company UPS or DHL.
3. If the Buyer orders several products having different dispatch times, the order shall be dispatched after completion of the entire order.
4. The time required to receive the merchandise shall consist of the time of order completion and the time of order delivery, depending on selected delivery method:
   • Courier company – delivery time is one (1) working day (the following working day by 5 pm. from the time of dispatch).
   • Courier company will also deliver the ordered merchandise on Saturday, provided that the order is placed with the Internet Store strefa2a.com not later than on Friday by 12.00am.
   • Polish Post - Priority package usually takes one to three (1 - 3) days, but the Seller cannot guarantee the timeliness of delivery.
   • Foreign delivery is sent by the Polish Post – the Priority package takes three to fourteen (3 - 14) days.
5. Cost of delivery depending on chosen delivery method:
   • UPS – PLN 27.00
   • UPS – PLN 35.00 (cash on delivery)
   • UPS on Saturdays – basic price plus 50%
   • Polish Post - PLN 15,00 (Priority package of up to 1 kg).
   • Polish Post – PLN 20,00 (cash on delivery, Priority package of up to 1 kg)
6. If the order exceeds the value of PLN 500 the delivery shall be free of charge  only if the merchandise is delivered in Poland.
7. Cost of delivery abroad is estimated individually for each order and depends on the weight of parcel and the delivery country.
8. The Buyer has the right to check the condition of the delivered package in the presence of the representative of the Polish Post or the Courier Company. Please pay attention to any package damages. If the package is damaged please indicate this fact to the representative of the Polish Post or the Courier Company and contact the representative of the Internet Store strefa2a.com. Contacting the representative of the Internet Store strefa2a.com is necessary for acceptance of the claim.

1. Pursuant to the Act dated 2 March 2002 ”Consumer Protection and Responsibility for Damages Caused by Dangerous Products”, the Buyer has the right to return the merchandise bought in the Internet Store strefa2a.com without any reason within 10 days from the time your order is delivered.
2. The right of return only applies to products:
   • which were not used,
   • which are in complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.),
   • which are accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. We request that the Buyer sends the Seller the merchandise by registered post at the Buyer’s cost to the registered office of the company: Strefa2A, PL - 03-916 Warszawa, ul. Walecznych 37/2. Please insert the note with the bank account, to which the Seller should transfer the money, in the parcel with the merchandise.
4. Parcels sent at the cost of the Strefa2A will not be accepted, unless the same has been agreed earlier.
5. The refund shall be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account after the claim has been accepted, not later than 14 days from the time of receipt of the parcel with claimed product.
6. Shipping fees and the postage fee for the package shall be the client’s responsibility and shall not be refunded.
7. If the merchandise is sent at the Seller’s cost, such cost shall be deducted from the refund amount, according to the accrual shipment prices.
8. The Internet Store strefa2a.com shall decide on the manner of handling the complaint and shall inform the Buyer thereof within 14 days.
9. If the Internet Store strefa2a.com does not have the merchandise subject to replacement in the warehouse, the Buyer shall receive the refund within 7 working days from the time of accepting the complaint.
10. The claimed merchandise should be sent to the address of the company Strefa2A. The shipment fees will be refunded if the complaint has been accepted. The Buyer should attach proof of purchase to the merchandise.

1. All products offered by the Internet Store strefa2a.com are brand new and covered by 12-month manufacturer’s or distributor’s guarantees.
2. Any defects discovered during the guarantee period will be repaired at the special service within 4 weeks.
3. All products offered by the Internet Store strefa2a.com can be replaced with new ones, when:
   • the product has original defects,
   • the product was damaged during shipment,
   • the merchandise is different from what the Buyer has ordered.
4. Guarantee shall not apply if the product:
   • was not used or stored according to the instruction manual,
   • was mechanically damaged,
   • was flooded e.g. with coffee, water, juice, alcohol etc.
   • was repaired, modified or changed in any way by the Buyer or other persons,
   • was damaged as the result of unforeseen incidents like fire, flood, etc.
5. Guarantee shall not cover any actions set out in the manual, to be undertaken by the Buyer, such as maintenance, battery replacement, etc.
6. Guarantee is valid only if the product is sent to the headquarters of Strefa2A in original packaging and with proof of purchase.

1. By placing the order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal information for the needs of the purchase agreement according to the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 /Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926/.
2. According to Article 24 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the Buyer shall have the right to access and rectify the Buyer’s personal information.
3. Product photographs on the Internet Store strefa2a.com website may differ slightly from the actual product representation – the difference may be the result of the Buyer’s computer settings. Those differences cannot serve as the basis for any claim or returning of the product.
4. The Internet Store Strefa2A shall not be responsible for blocking the electronic mail by the administrator of the mail server indicated by the Buyer or for the blocking software installed on the Buyer’s computer.
5. The Internet Store strefa2a.com takes great care when placing information online with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products, however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market. The differences will be corrected while handling the order.
6. The provisions of the Civil Code shall apply to all matters that are not addressed in these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Internet Store strefa2a.com has the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any and all changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be valid as of the time of their publication on the website http://www.strefa2a.com
8. Any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be referred for settlement by the court competent with respect to the location of the registered office of Strefa2A and the subject matter of the dispute.
