VELA choose from three speed settings of low, medium and high, or use the pulse function, for instant maximum speed. The unique conical design of the mixing jar guarantees food moves about easily for perfect blending, while allowing you to introduce ingredients through the lid, from the filler cup. The jar can be stored on the power base in many different positions without the need to lock it on the base. The reinforced clear glass mixing jar features contents marks on both sides and can blend up to 1,5 litres (50oz) at a time. The high quality solid steel blades are uniquely designer to mix ingredients powerfully. Ice can be crushed in an instant. The lid features a polycarbonate filler cup with level marks to pour exact amounts of ingredients into the glass jar. The cup can be bayonet locked into place to form a knob to lift the lid.
