Knives with Teflon finish. A Teflon-coated blade acquires the well-known properties of this material, such as its non-stick nature. This allows knives to be cleaned easily and they do not need to be dried. Moreover, Teflon is resistant to acids, therefore it stops the blade from oxidizing in any way and protects it up to a temperature of about 300°C.
